HULJEV, Biagio, age 75, of Garfield, died on January 25, 2022. Born and raised in Sibenik, Yugoslavia for 34 years, he emigrated to the United States settling in Garfield 41 years ago. Biagio served in the Yugoslavian Military, he was a truck driver 30 years for Zuccaro & Sons in Garfield retiring in 2016, and he was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Virgin RC Church, Garfield. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Teresa (nee Palumbo), two devoted children, Natascia Matteo and husband Christopher, Josko Huljev and wife Cherilyn, and five cherished grandchildren, Thomas, Matthew, Nicholas, Jonathan, and Christian. Visiting Sunday 2 to 6 pm. The funeral is Monday, January 31, 2022, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 10 am followed by a 11 am mass at Our Lady of Mt. Virgin RC Church, Garfield.
