GIRESI, George Anthony, age 66, of Carlstadt, died on April 12, 2021. George was a resident of Garfield 34 years settling in Carlstadt 32 years ago. He was the owner and operator of Giresi’s Caterers, Inc. in Lodi 44 years before retiring. George was a member of the Lodi Moose Lodge Number 1971 and he was a Knights of Columbus - Third Degree. He is survived by a loving wife of 29 years, Melody Giresi (nee Ritchie), two cherished children, Wayne Dickson and wife Jenniffer, and Amanda Giresi and partner Paul, three adored grandchildren, Kalyb, Sarah, and Samantha, and two dear sisters, Gina Dinger and Janine DeRienzo. Visiting Thursday 5 to 9 pm with a chapel service. Cemetery Private. In lieu of flowers the family will accept memorial gifts.
