JOHNSON, Cheri Lynn (Czyzewski), age 53 of Vernon, NJ passed away on November 30, 2022. She is survived by her husband, Mark Johnson. Cheri was born in Passaic and was raised in Garfield, NJ. She moved to Vernon, NJ in 2001 where she met her soon-to-be husband Mark whom she married in 2005. Cheri worked as a Human Resources Recruiter, and also owned her own catering business, Gourmet Celebrations, for many years. Cheri loved life and was a friend to everyone, and she never hesitated to help others whenever she could. Cheri was the loving daughter of Sandra and Buddy Czyzewski, a dear sister to Bonnie Kaliko, and a loving aunt to her two nieces, Erica Lockard and Brooke Kaliko (who is also Cheri’s goddaughter). Visiting Thursday 4 to 8 pm. The graveside service will be 11am on Friday, December 9, 2022, at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Saddle Brook.
