PETOCZ, Clara (nee Pihoker), age 99, a lifelong resident of Garfield, died on November 16, 2020. Clara worked 25 years for Bendix, Inc. in Teterboro, 15 years as a tool designer and 10 years as a maintenance administrator retiring in 1985, and was a very active parishioner of Most Holy Name RC Church in Garfield. She was a member of Holy Name Seniors and the Garfield AARP Chapter 2470. Clara is predeceased by her husband, Steven in 1984 and a son, Dennis in 1973. She is survived by a loving daughter, Karen Hand, two cherished grandchildren, Douglas Hand and Darlene Brandt, and four adored great-grandchildren. The Funeral is Thursday, November 19, 2020, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 9 am followed by a 11 am mass at Most Holy Name RC Church, Garfield. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Saddle Brook.
