Dominick Marchese, Jr.
April 6, 1953 – January 23, 2021 (age 67)

Dominick (“Dom”) Marchese, Jr., 67, originally from Garfield, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 23, surrounded by loved ones.
Dominick was born and raised in Garfield, NJ, eventually relocating to Elmwood Park where he and his wife (and high school sweetheart), Patricia, raised their family. He called Clifton home for the past two years.
Dominick was known for his compassionate nature, his quick wit and humor. He left a big impression on everyone he met. Most recently, Dominick volunteered with Power Of One in Clifton, NJ, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the local community, by helping to distribute healthy food care packages for thousands of senior citizens, disabled individuals, and at-risk families. He loved spending time with his family, his grandchildren (who affectionately called him “G-pa”) and his friends at the Grande Saloon in Clifton, NJ.
Dominick is predeceased by his parents; Dominick Marchese, Sr. and Olga Marchese (Napolitano) of Garfield, NJ.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Patricia Marchese (nee Bukszar); their daughter Kimberly Marchese and fiancé, John “Mongo” Caprio (who Dom affectionately nicknamed “the gorilla”); their son Kenneth Marchese and his wife, Lisa; grandchildren, Olivia and Mason; Siblings Ronald Marchese, Thomas Marchese and Lisa Taylor. Dominick will also be forever remembered by numerous extended family and dear friends.
