JOHNSON, Donna Marie (née Rovelli), age 68, of Garfield, died on January 8, 2022. Born in Hoboken, Donna resided in Northern Jersey settling in Garfield over 20 years ago. She was a homemaker, a former volunteer at the Garfield Boys and Girls Club, and active with her children’s school associations. She is predeceased by her father, Joseph Rovelli. Donna is survived by her husband of 33 years, Eric Johnson, her mother, Denise Herckenrath, a brother Joseph Rovelli (Michele), two beloved children, Jessica Johnson (John Niebo) and Philip Johnson, a grandson, Connor Niebo, and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Visiting Tuesday 4 to 8 pm with a private cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Donna’s memory to the Garfield Boys and Girls Club or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
