GRACEFFO, Emilia “Millie” (nee DeCillis), age 99, of Lakewood, died on August 23, 2022. Born and raised in Garfield for 96, years, she moved to Lakewood 3 years ago. Emilia was a homemaker, a parishioner of Mt. Virgin Church, a member of the Rosary Society, and an avid reader. She is predeceased by her beloved husband of 62 years, Ciro in 2005 (Whooppee Soda), and her sisters, Josephine Ievoli and Palma DeSerio. She is survived by two daughters, Isabelle Reilly and husband Gerald “Jerry”, and Maria Kappelman and husband Bruce, two grandchildren, Sabrina Reilly-Pisciotta and Blake Reilly and wife Mandy, four great-grandchildren, Claudia Marie, Samantha Nicole, Leigha Emily, and Cristian Joseph, her treasured extended family, Janine Mills Pojedinec and Irene Hoffenberg Resnick, and two dear sisters, Michelina “Maggie” Ciolino and Isabella “Bella” Fragasse. Visiting Friday 3 to 7 pm. The funeral is Saturday, August 27, 2022, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 9 am followed by a 10 am mass at Our Lady of Mt. Virgin RC Church, Garfield. Entombment St. Nicholas Cemetery, Lodi. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
