ARRIGO, Giuseppe, age 84, of Lodi, died on July 8, 2023. Born and raised in Marineo, Sicily-Italy for 30 years, he moved to Garfield for 24 years settling in Lodi 30 years ago. Giuseppe worked as a laborer 32 years for Benfatto Construction in Lodi, he was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Virgin RC Church in Garfield and a member of the St. Ciro Society of Garfield. He is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Maria Grazia (nee Zuccaro), two loving children, Onofrio “Fred” Arrigo and wife Jamie, Maria Scaglione and husband Vince, four cherished grandchildren, Vincent, Gianna, Ariana, and Ariella, and two brothers, Francesco Arrigo with wife Maria and Salvatore Arrigo. Giuseppe is predeceased by his siblings, Giuseppina, Francesca and Vincenzo Arrigo. Visiting Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. The funeral is Saturday, July 15, 2023, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 8 AM followed by a 9 AM mass at Our Lady of Mt. Virgin RC Church, Garfield. Entombment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Saddle Brook.
