RENO, Glenn A. Jr. age 66, of Garfield, died on October 23, 2020. He was born and resided in Hackensack for 9 years and Elmwood Park 10 years before relocating to Garfield 47 years ago. Mr. Reno worked as a line mechanic for Hartz Mountain Industries in Bloomfield for many years. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Kathleen (nee Pastorino ), two sons, Garfield Police Officer Glenn A. Reno, III and Brandon Reno, his parents, Glenn and Alyce Reno, a sister, Alyce Insler and a step-brother, Jesse Reno. Visiting will be Wednesday, October 28, 2020 from 4 to 8 PM with a service at 7:30 pm by Pastor John Czubkowski of Praise Church, Garfield. The cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers the family will accept memorial gifts for the American Lung Association. The Reno family is in the care of the Aloia Funeral Home, 180 Harrison Ave., Garfield (973-340-7077).
