VAN SADERS, Glenn G., age 81, passed away on December 27, 2021. Glenn was raised in Ridgefield Park before settling in Garfield many years ago. He worked for Stroehmann Bakery as a route salesman retiring in 2006, he served in the US Army from 1958 to 1964, and he was a member of the Lodi American Legion Post 136. He is predeceased by his wife of 57 years, Carol (nee Nardino) in 2021, his parents, Elsie and Gary Van Saders, and two step brothers, Raymond and Mark. He is survived by a daughter, Leslie Pethybridge and husband John, Many in-laws, nieces and nephews. Memorial Visitation will be Thursday, January 13, 2022, from 11 am to 1 pm. Glenn's cremains along with his wife, Carol's cremains will be laid to rest at St. Nicholas Cemetery, Lodi, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
