PICARO, Joseph, age 83, of Garfield, died on March 11, 2021. Joseph was born and raised in Lodi 32 years and Hackensack one year before settling in Garfield 50 years ago. He was a owned and operated JP Construction in Garfield before retiring and previously worked in the HVAC industry. In addition, Joseph proudly served in the US Navy Coast Guard from 1955 to 1959. Joseph is predeceased by a sister, Marie Ferrante, and a brother, Jackie Picaro. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Joanne (nee Buttson).
