BENANTI, Josephine (nee Palatini), age 101, a lifelong resident of Garfield, died on November 26, 2022. She was a homemaker, and a parishioner of Mt. Virgin Church, Garfield. She is predeceased by her beloved husband of 63 years, Dominic in 2008, her two brothers, George and Peter Palatini, and her daughter-in-law, AnneMaria Benanti in 2020. She is survived by three loving sons, Robert and wife Elaine, Thomas, and Donald and wife Marisa, six grandchildren, David (Wendy), Antonia (James), Thomas, Jr. (Nicole), Christine, Donald, Jr., and Bryan (Morgan) and 11 great-grandchildren. Visiting Tuesday 4 to 7 pm. The funeral is Wednesday, November 30, 2022, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 8 am followed by a 9 am mass at Our Lady of Mt. Virgin RC Church, Garfield.
