DiBENEDETTO, Lois (nee Schaefer), age 88, of Lodi, died on October 17, 2022. Born in Brooklyn, she worked as a secretary for GE. She was adored by her parents, Ralph and Marie Schaefer who purchased her a home in Bergenfield where she and her family spent most of their lives. She was beloved by her daughter Marianne who nicknamed her, ‘Love Bug.” She is predeceased by her devoted husband, Richard DiBenedetto, Sr., her son, Richard DiBenedetto, Jr., and her granddaughter, Jenna Rose DiBenedetto. She is survived by her loving daughter, Marianne DiBenedetto and a granddaughter, Melody Rose. Her Memorial Mass was private and celebrated at Immaculate Conception RC Church, Mahwah with her inurnment at Maryrest Cemetery, Mahwah.
