PADRON, Luis Rafael, age 74, died on March 25th, 2022. Born in New York City, he resided there before relocating to New Jersey in 1984. Lou lived in Saddle Brook for 32 years before settling in Garfield six years ago. Luis was a facilities manager for over 25 years at Columbia University before retiring in 2008. Luis is survived by his devoted son, Alex Padron and his wife Alexandra, two brothers Bobby and Oscar Padron, and he was a beloved uncle of Denis and Kate Padron. He is predeceased by his parents, Francisco and Eloina Padron. The visiting will be Tuesday from 6pm to 8pm, with a private cremation to follow.
