WANIS, Marwan, age 75, a lifelong resident of Garfield, died on December 5, 2022. He was an engineer many years working in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry. Marwan is survived by his wife of 44 years, Maria (née Bonja), three children, Michel, Jennifer, and Jessica Wanis, and four grandchildren, Aria, Gavin, Harper, and Jovanny. The funeral is Thursday, December 8, 2022, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 8 am followed by a 10 am chapel service. Interment Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa.
