YMERI, Minevere (nee Birce), age 79, of Garfield, died on August 10, 2022. Born and raised in Vlora, Albania for 66 years, Minevere emigrated to the United States settling in Garfield 13 years ago. She worked eight years for Walmart in Garfield retiring in 2018. Minevere is survived by her devoted husband, Bejas Ymeri, two loving children, Violanda Xherhu and Florenc Ymeri, four adored grandchildren, and seven siblings, Fejzi Birce, Reis Birce, Gjysho Birce, Xhevolet Birce, Miro Strati, Melo Guga, and Lida Islami. Visiting Friday 4 to 8 pm. The funeral is Saturday, August 13, 2022, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 8:45 am followed by a 9:15 am chapel service. Interment Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa.
