Obituary for Philip Susino

SUSINO, Philip, age 89, of Hamburg, died on April 27, 2021. Born and raised in Hackensack, he lived in North Jersey most of his life settling in Hamburg seven years ago. Philip was a printer and pressman in the paper industry 43 years retiring in 1998 from Weyerhaeuser in Closter. He previously worked for Continental Folding Box in Ridgefield and Continental Can in Teterboro. In addition, he proudly served in the United States Army from 1953 - 1960 during the Korean War. Philip is survived by five loving children, Theresa Zachara (Stanley), Joseph Susino (Judith), Adeline “Dina” Smith (Robert), Jennifer Susino-Harrison, and Maria Soto, three cherished grandchildren, Peter, Mason, and Luke, and two dear siblings, Josephine “Dolly” Uzzalino, and Salvatore Susino. He is predeceased by three siblings, Anthony, Lawrence and Frank Susino. Visiting Saturday 12 to 4 pm with a 3 pm chapel service. Private Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project and Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
