MURRAY, Robert, age 91, of Hackensack, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2022. An army veteran born in Richeyville, PA, he then lived many years in Paramus and Bergenfield, NJ before moving to Lakeland, FL. Robert (Bob) spent the last couple of years back in NJ before his passing. He was the proud owner of Bob Murray Driveway Sealcoating for about 30 years before retiring. He is predeceased by his wife, Phyllis (nee Pardee) as well as four brothers and three sisters. He is survived by his children and their spouses, Robert (Tammy), William (Linda), Janet (Joe), Jeff (Denise), grandchildren, Jennifer, Deanna, Sami, Dylan, Brendan, Aidan, Jamie, Paige, Katie and Adam, and two siblings, Peg and Shirley. Special recognition to Pete, or as Robert called him “the star of the show” for the bond they formed over the past couple of years. Robert was a beloved brother, uncle, husband, father, Popop and friend. He will be greatly missed, always.
