FRAGALE, Rose (nee D’Amico), age 80, of Garfield, died on April 7, 2022. Born in Tripoli, Libya which was a territory of Italy, she emigrated to the United States at the age of 10 settling in Garfield 70 years ago. She and her husband owned Fragale’s Italian Imports in Garfield 30 years retiring in 2001, and she was a parishioner of Our lady of Mt. Virgin Church, Garfield. She is predeceased by her husband of 33 years, Giacomo in 2003. She is survived by her devoted and loving daughter, Giuseppina Joy Castelbuono and husband Antonio with their children, Christina and Natalie Castelbuono, and a daughter, Maria and her family. Visiting will be Saturday 9 am to 1 pm at the Aloia Funeral Home followed by a 1:15 pm committal service at St. Nicholas Cemetery, Lodi.
