AIELLO, Salvatore, age 78, of Paramus, died on October 13, 2022. Born and raised in Bolognetta, Palermo, Sicily-Italy 24 years, Salvatore emigrated to the Bronx five years, moving to Rye, NY and Garfield settling in Paramus 40 years ago. He was a mason 34 years for A.S. Contractors in Paramus retiring in 2012, a partner at G.S. Contractors in Garfield, a parishioner of Our Lady of the Visitation, Paramus and was a member of the St. Anthony Society, Garfield. He is survived by his devoted wife of 54 years, Rosalia (nee Orobello), two loving children, Philip Aiello and wife Kathryn Lynn, and Francesca Nicholas and husband John, four cherished grandchildren, Matthew, Michael, Nicolas, and Alexandra, and four dear siblings, Francesco Aiello and wife Maria, Luigi Aiello and wife Josephine, Rosa Guttilla, and Maria Pizzano and husband Pietro,, and he was the brother-in-law of Antonina and Salvatore Benigno, and Antonino Orobello. Visiting Sunday 2 to 6 pm. The funeral is Monday, October 17, 2022, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 10:30 am followed by a 11:30 am mass at Our Lady of The Visitation RC Church, Paramus.
