PALATINI, Peter Stephen, age 63, of Brooklyn, NY, died on December 15, 2014. Born in Passaic, he was raised in Garfield and resided in New York City. He was a self-employed painter for over 40 years. He is survived by his father, Peter Joseph Palatini, his siblings, Linda Palatini, Janice Hoyda and husband Joe, Joseph Palatini and wife Janet, Danny Longo and wife Lucille, Mary Longo, and Jeanne Longo. Dear uncle of Jenna and Jarod Palatini, and cousin to many. He is predeceased by his mother Goldie Palatini in 1976, and his step-mother Doris Palatini in 2004. The visiting is Friday, December 19, 2014, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 10 am followed by a 12 pm chapel service. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Saddle Brook. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to your favorite charity in Peter’s name. The Palatini family is in the care of the Aloia Funeral Home, 180 Harrison Ave., Garfield (973-340-7077).
